An unforetold oracle that has been passed from elder to elder has now been unearthed. A legend from the race of the wisest and fairest, a race akin to their creator – the wingkin. It has been said that twelve years after the sun had risen on the first day of the second millennium an unpure spirit will rise from the ashes and will burn the world with ardors of flame, consuming it and bringing it to an end. Alarmed by this prophecy the High Elders of each race created an elite group of warriors to hunt for the unpure spirit that will bring about the very destruction of the land of Pangu- thus the Phoenix Council was coined.

It all started eight years after the second millennium, the first Phoenix Council was realized. A group of humans, wingkins, and beasts alike started their quest for glory. Ten of them came from the Guardians of the Realm and the other ten came from the Most Holy Order of the Light, both were selected by the ruling Elder of the south, Fei. The day came when both had to face the dilemma of who will bring home the glory, for the kingdom who will slay the phoenix shall reap the rewards of immortality. Days and nights they searched the four corners of the Land, yet they failed. One day the Holy Order of the Light brewed in anger, pride and the lust for glory; it is such an irony that a kingdom who seeks the Light of truth was blinded by the phoenix’s gift. They planned to murder every last member of the Guardians of the Realm for they wanted all the glory for themselves. Now bloodshed happened in the Arena of Sword City where all hope for men was gone. One by one they slaughtered all the members of the Guardians of the Realm for them to successfully implement their plans. They hoped for the light, but it blinded them. Finally they had reached their destination, they had found a Phoenix Egg kept in cold, freezing and hard as diamond in the frozen caves of Snowslide Mountain. Using all the learned magic they tried to vanquish the Phoenix, yes they destroyed the egg but it succumbed them. Fei then realized that the egg was only one of the five eggs that will destroy each race. Yet to the Order of the Light glory was not all that they gained it was something that must know. but the race of men never lost hope. Unknown the Holy Order of the Light, the last member of the Guardians of the realm, a young Cleric survived the onslaught, using his last might he have healed himself and hid for quite some time.

The search for the second egg must be done soon. A ray of hope shines like a beacon in the northern town of Dong Ping, a secret congregation was planning to hunt down the second phoenix egg. Spearheaded by Fang a mighty Elder from the beaskind, they started the quest with a mighty heart and a brave brandishing sword. Just as agreed the second Phoenix Council will be completed by twenty brave souls. Ten came from the rising kingdom of the Far East; they call themselves the Mighty Ther. Another ten came from master craftsman and artisans of the far kingdom of Dragon the Master Minds. Far to the knowledge of the mortals, the gods had cursed the second Phoenix egg, that within it a great source of malice, pride and insatiable hunger for power has been embedded. But the spirit of men grew anxious about their future. The quest ran smoothly, until the time came on a full mooned evening, red was the only color that one can see. Again poisoned by gift that the Phoenix can give the people of Master Mind planned a very ingenious trap. They set up the members of the kingdom of Ther and abandoned them in the murky waters of Savage Cloud Island. Innate to the master minds are the skills of a craftsman, they have built a vessel where they can travel from seas to seas to the vast ocean of Dream Port. A cay near the port was said to be the place where the second phoenix egg was kept. Alas they found the egg and destroyed it. But no human weapon can destroy the egg, nor can magic from the wisest of the Sages penetrate the mythrill like carapace of the egg. The Elders have decided to create a weapon that can destroy the egg, a weapon so strong it can destroy a town in a blink of an eye. It was referred to as the God of War. Using the newly created weapon by the elders they have destroyed the second egg. The quest has come to an end but is it worth it? They were easily deceived by the prize that they will earn. But alas hope never ran dry to the abandoned members of the Ther clan soon they will return.

The elders were so concerned about the members of the past Phoenix Council, so they decided to launch a secret group of people from hence Faith was the source of their strength to find the missing members of the clan Ther. The heroes of the land of Pangu grew weary each day for the year where the end of days is coming near. The quest for the third egg must be planned now. Ruled by a noble Emperor the Fidelis clan searched for the missing members of Ther. They have reached the unforgotten city of Doom but they have found nothing, but when all else fails, an arrow from the mighty general Kult of the Fidelis Empire hit the heart of Seven Sea King, that instance gave them hope. It reminded them that the archer’s bow is not a sign of death but it is reminder that hope is long ranged. Suddenly graced by the gods, a Hymn-known as a legendary creature that soared the sky, it has been said that these creatures are messenger of the gods. The news came to the general, telling him that there were people who need help in the islands down south. They travelled far south to the unchartered waters of the Vast Sea. Little did they know that a new race will emerge from the surface of the briny deep; the rise of the Tide Born. Legend has it that elves who once ruled the earth where banished by the gods because of their immortality, they were kept away from the other races to keep the balance. The elves have found refuge and sanctuary in the deep. There they developed gills, tails, flappers and even fish like appearances making them adept in surviving under water. The ten people from the clan Ther discovered this race, they have learned that this race will soon unsurface and help in the quest for the third egg for it is a shared burden for all not to find the eggs. General Kult had soon reached Savage Cloud Island and a bearded man approached him by the shore, they talked about the second egg and Kult learned how the Ther clan was tricked by the Master Minds. Wise enough Kult played safe and returned to Beast City to report about the missing Ther Councils. Hok, leader and one of the High Council of the bearskin appointed Kult and the rest of the missing Ther Councils to be the celebrated Phoenix Council for this year. Knowledge was in the heart of the tideborn, for they have the location of the third egg. Kult and the rest of the councils of the clan Ther located the third egg deep in the canopy of the Foggy Jungle. They have found the egg and with the help of the Tide Borns hey have destroyed it. But it was not the end of the story for the third egg has the curse of deception. Poisoned by the spirit of the phoenix the rest of the clan Ther killed General Kult and put an end to his glory.

News of what happened to the General of the Fidelis Empire saddened the Emperor thus he summoned the High Elders of Pangu. The elders where surprised of what they have learned, the Emperor was the last survivor of the Guardians of the Realm who fought valiantly in order to hunt down the first of the five phoenix’s egg. He was the young cleric who was an heir to an empire vast enough to rule the land of Pangu. They decided to put an end to the evil schemes of clan Ther. Ancient manuscripts from the Tide Born was unravelled, clan Ther learned that the power of the Phoenix can give them not only immortality but a power worth to be reckoned with. They are planning to take over, and are eager to govern the Phoenix Council. A plan must be perfected and so the Emperor decided to take lead on the quest for the fourth egg. Time is of the essence as frailty draws near. It is now time to alert the armory. With the aid of High Council Xai from the eloquent race of the wingkin they have formed the fourth Phoenix Council. The emperor has ally in the far kingdom of Dragon, the Kingdom of Dius. Both kingdoms worked hand in hand in order to locate the where abouts of the egg. Good news came to the emperor; an old Seer has the knowledge on the secret place of the fourth egg. It is believed that is was hidden a long time ago by a Fire Diety. Deep in the flaming Volcanoes of Troubled Land south of Universal City there lies the fourth egg. They need to finish the ardours task assigned to them. Burden was heavy but Faith was in the heart of the Phoenix Council. Blessed by the divinity and by the aid of the pure, High elder Xai protected them by a shroud of protectorate created by the Yu Ling’s of Feather City. It will protect them from any curse that will poison their minds or hearts. With a brave heart they conquered their fears and reached troubled land. Dius and Fidelis successfully located the egg and eradicated it. Fidelis agreed that the glory will be given to Dius as token of friendship that will last forever. Blissfully the elders agreed that Fidelis will lead the quest for the last egg, the final egg that will put an end to the coming of the great chaos.

The year came with a notation of fear to the heart’s of man, beast, wingkin and tideborn. Will this be the end of days or start of a new beginning? Leaves from the trees were falling down quickly, the earth was rumbling like roaring thunder over the hills. A great earthquake shocked the denizens of Pangu. The elders found out that there was a big opening down south near the famous tree of Feather City. The last thread of hope was about to split apart, but it tightened and gave the trees hope. A new city rise from the depth, Vale city a glorious ancient city of the past that rose in power through elements of the wood and water. They were called the Guardians of the Earth, the Earthen people were once protector of the forest, the woods and the trees but hatred grew in their hearts that they kept on punishing man giving them atrocities and calamities. Because of this the gods banished them deep into the cores of the earth and now they have emerged to help the broken council of Pangu. It is written in the accounts of the Earthen that one day the Lady of the Plants will come and save the world. It is believed that the four eggs will be reborn if the final egg will not be found. The first egg has the curse of hatred, the second has the curse of malice, the third has the curse of deception and the fourth has the curse of lie, but nobody knows of what curse is impregnated on the fifth and final egg. And so the last hope that remained in the hearts of the Heroes of Pangu grew bigger. An alliance of Man, beast, wingkin, tideborn and earthen made a pact to destroy the final egg once and for all. Fidelis was the only choice of the High Elders to lead the quest. For this time an enchanting elder from the race of wingkin by the name of Tsume led the quest. As far mentioned, the Earthen seeks the help of the Lady of the Plants, little did they know that a half breed was born in the Empire of Fidelis. Daughter of the Emperor Aeriez to a Venomancer of the beastkin, Zeirea was born in the most holy city of Heaven-Tear. Zeirea has the power to control the plants to her aid and has the ability to heal oneself as well. The last Phoenix Council was to be made soon. From the northern Empire of Fidelis the Emperor had summoned the best warriors that the empire had. Vane of Tradewind swift as her bow, deadly as her arrow. Pang of Sword City mighty as her axe, though as her armor. Fund of Beast City, strong as his mace, thick spirited as his shield. Kant a venomancer from Beast City, cunning as her flag, beguiling as a fox. Maxb a cleric from the City of Feather, wise as his wheel, holy like a light. Five others are Ad and Any archers from Sand village they are agile and dextrous,Ruz a zelous warrior from High Wind Prairie, Ui of the Wave City will aid them using her affinity to water and as well as Haine and Ames both from unknown lands they were hired by the Emperor because they are believed to be wise and knowledgeable about the fifth and final egg. Together with the Lady of the Plants they went to Burial Ground the most deadliest place ever imagined. The place was said to be home to the death itself, with brave hearts they conquered their fear and made history. Sleepless night they encountered and days without food they starved. Nonetheless a bright star from heaven reminded them that in every dream we have there is a place for reality, in every dream we have there is a chance for it to come true. Awakened by a great explosion near the entrance of Burial Grounds where dust is the only thing that one can breathe, a big phoenix approached them and spoke of an ancient language. Zeirea knew that she was the key to all of this and understood the lines that the phoenix spoke. It said: “Only by sacrifice you can reap, the end that I am going to keep. Man must remember that they have hearts but only then you can save them if you will not break apart.” Zeirea felt as if all of the wisdom of the world came into her, reminder her that there is not end but only a beginning. The phoenix then disappeared and it left behind a pendant, it was placed on Zeirea’s forehead to remind her that by Unity you can conquer all. It didn’t grant them immortality but it granted them a life learned lesson more far valuable than immortality- the lesson of Humility. The quest for the fifth and final egg was done, the search is finally over and the Land of Pangu was safe again. Humility is now in the hearts of the People for they have learned that the gods were pleased because once again five races were reunited by Love, Courage, Fortitude and most of all Faith.
