Eligibility:
• Only Miss Perfect World Finalists can join this event.
Mechanics:
• Vote for the Miss Perfect World Finalists you wish to support during the voting period.
• At the end of the voting period, judges will tally the points gathered via Top up and via Yuan.

3. Be advised that My Level up! Credits have an expiration date of 60 days from last top-up.

• Via Yuan
1. GM will auction 30 pcs of ★Bronze War Axe crafted by Wahrsager on each server. This item will represent a vote voucher.
2. The auctions will be posted between 12:00 and 12:15 on the following dates: September 28, October 1, 2, 3, and 4.
3. The minimum bid of the vote voucher item will be 1,000,000 Yuan and the buyout price 200,000,000 Yuan.
4. Player will mail these items to Kyatsume along with the Miss Perfect World Server Representative’s name they wish to vote.
5. Each vote voucher is equivalent to 60 Voting Points.
6. Votes without the appropriate item or listed Miss Perfect World Server Representative’s name will be deemed invalid.
7. There will only be a total of 30 vote vouchers auctioned on each of the three servers per day.
8. Deadline of mailing your votes will be 2 pm of the following day. (Kyatsume must receive your vote by 3 PM of the following day)

1. After the Liveblog, players will be asked to cast their votes via Facebook Likes. Photos of all finalists and links of their videos will be posted on the Official Perfect World PH Facebook Fanpage and Perfect World Forums on September 28.
2. Each Like received by a finalist is worth 1 Voting Point. (See below)

• The Finalists will be scored under the Audience Voting category based on the total amount of votes they each received. The finalist who earned the most votes will gain a score of 10/10. The other Finalists’ will receive a like proportion based on the amount of votes they received.
o If the highest number of votes earned by any of the finalists is 1,000 votes, any and all finalists who earned 1,000 votes would be scored 10/10.
o Based on the above example, a finalist who earned 855 votes would be scored as 8.6 (8.55 rounded up)/10.
o Based on the above example, a finalist who earned only 303 votes would be scored as 3 (3.03 rounded down)/10.

• Miss Perfect World 2012 will be announced on October 5.

Please avoid last minute voting for we cannot guarantee that your votes will register because of the high volume of voters. Avoid the rush and vote immediately.

The winner will be Perfect World’s representative for Miss Level Up Live, which will take place at Level Up Live on November 3 and 4, 2012. The winner must be able to attend on both days of the event. If, the winner is not able to attend Level Up Live and the finals of the competition, she will be disqualified from winning the Miss Perfect World 2012 and Miss Level Up Live 2012 prizes.
All in-game items will be awarded within 30 days after the date of announcement of winners.
All in-game prizes will be awarded to the account/character provided by the participants during registration.
